All of our system engineers /analysts are either a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE), Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA) or a Novell Certified network Engineer (CNE). They of course have begun their careers by obtaining the Comptia A+ certificate. While Lansend does not insist on a college degree, all of our system engineers /analysts have a college degree from a major University. Most of our system engineers /analysts if not all have more than one such as: Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and Cisco Certified Network Administrator (CCNA), or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) an Novell Certified network Engineer (CNE). Additionally Lansend encourages our system engineers /analysts to pursue continuing their education & obtain additional certifications. Some of our system engineers /analysts have gone to obtain additional certifications such as Microsoft Certified Database Administrator (MCDBA). Once certified we also ensure that our system engineers /analysts gain extensive hands on experience in their field of certifications. In addition to training on the field by accompanying more experienced system engineers /analysts, Lansend provides our system engineers /analysts a full-fledged laboratory environment where they could train in a near live environment.
In addition to certifications from networking & operating system vendors such as Microsoft , Cisco , Novell Red hat etc , some of our system engineers /analysts have also been certified by Sony & IBM to perform warranty & out of warranty repairs & replacement on their hardware.
